About the Initiative 

The Essentials for Every BODY Initiative is a community‑driven effort focused on increasing access to essential hygiene products, period care, contraceptive resources, and everyday body‑care items for people of all sexes and genders — including teen boys, girls, and gender‑diverse youth. Everyone deserves dignity, safety, and education when it comes to their body. This initiative exists to make that support accessible, judgment‑free, and rooted in wellness.

What We Provide

• Period care products (pads, tampons, liners, cups, wipes)

• Contraceptive support items (condoms, safe‑use education, emergency contraceptive information)

• Body‑care essentials for all genders, including:

  • Deodorant

  • Body wash & soap

  • Lotion

  • Toothpaste & toothbrushes

  • Face wash & skincare basics

  • Hair care items (combs, brushes, shampoo, conditioner)

• Teen‑friendly hygiene kits for all youth

• Educational materials on body hygiene, menstrual health, safe sex, consent, and body literacy

• Community outreach through schools, shelters, youth programs, and local organizations

Why This Matters

Access to hygiene products, period care, and contraceptive resources impacts everyone, not just those who menstruate. Young men also face barriers to basic hygiene items, education, and safe‑sex resources. Lack of access can lead to embarrassment, bullying, preventable health issues, and missed opportunities for learning and growth.

The Essentials for Every Body Initiative works to close these gaps with compassion, clarity, and confidence — ensuring that every young person feels supported, prepared, and respected.
